ABOUT OUR PRESIDENT
COLIN DUBEL is President of HARBORWEST and Managing Director of the Newport Beach office. He is responsible for maintaining existing and cultivating new lender relationships, and is primary point of contact for new clients and financing consultations.
Prior to forming HarborWest Commercial Lending, Colin was Associate Director at Charter Capital Group where he arranged financing nationwide for commercial and multifamily properties. He also held positions in asset management for Irvine Company, and at CBRE in both their market research and financial consulting groups for the Western Region.

Colin graduated from the Business Economics program at UC Irvine where he developed the undergraduate real estate group for the university. He also received certification in post-graduate education from University of California, Berkeley. He is a licensed and experienced real estate broker in California (#01907126) and an active member of the commercial real estate finance community including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA). He is currently a CCIM member and anticipates earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2024.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
BROOKE WOOFTER is the Associate Director for HARBORWEST Commercial. She is responsible for maintaining all deal files and processing them from origination and approval through closing.
Prior to joining HarborWest Commercial Lending, Brooke was a Commercial Loan Processor for a local Credit Union where she processed loans for Commercial Real Estate investors in the Multifamily market of Southern California. She also held positions specializing in consumer lending and expanded her knowledge in the consumer market.

Brooke attended school at California State University, Fullerton where she majored in Business Finance. She obtained her Notary Commission in 2022 and is a licensed Real Estate Agent with the state of California.
